Monday's

I find on Monday's I wake as if it is New Years day. No not hungover. Well, occasionally. With New goals, new plans, new motivation, new energy. And all of it is used up and forgotten by Lunch time. What is it about Monday's? So which 'Monday' resolution have I broken so far? Well the first one, which was to wake before school and run. I'm also about to break the second one which is to not eat any sweets this week. However, I did stick to the ones which involved eating my morning Porridge and some fruit. And I am writing my Blog. Maybe this is a Gold star Monday after all.

I am embarking on a branch off project of this Blog and I am not sure if I should feature it here or on my original website. For which I paid for the name of and which is currently languishing unloved, uncared for and wasting away to nothing. Because technically the Branch off is not a Blog but is there to serve the same purpose. As I am finding it increasingly difficult to explain school I have started writing stories, poems and sketches based on the Auto cours and class work. These works will hopefully convey more of what I am doing as well as entertain and the Blog will continue much as it has, which is really to be a side long commentary on Paris, school, me, life and all such rubbish. And I get to do creative writing. I know, I know, that is what the novel is there to fulfill. Except the Novel is getting further and further away from writing the more research I do. This weekend I purchased both 'The Bible' and 'The Origin of the Species'. Oh, if only you could see the brilliance of this story as it develops in my head. Publishers would be fighting over sending me an advance fee for it and third term and second year would be well and trully sorted. And then When the Booker prize arrives...well let's just say the country and city properties are no longer distant dreams. And of course, after that comes the film rights. Screw it. I don't even need this Blog anymore. I'm loaded.

And she's back in the room...

So Monday, it must be time for me to pretend I'm gonna write those letters to the banks or do the Sponsorship letters I really need to send. Or maybe I should carry on watching David Attenborough for animal research. Or should I start 'The Origin of the Species'? I could carry on my 'Conversations with Van Gogh'. Or tidy my room. Oh and I still have to do the ironing. But should I listen to 'The Seagull' on BBC 3 Radio whilst I do it or Classical music? And what about finishing those articles on Wikipedia about Creation? Aaargh! I can't decide where to begin. Damn it. That's it. I'm reading Twitter and the Guardian. I'll start all that tomorrow. Maybe. Or maybe Wednesday...

  1. I have got The Origin of the Species, you could have borrowed it off me. I haven't got the bible though, I prefer nursery rhymes!
